Free Complaint-related HIPAA Resources

If you are a patient or consumer with a HIPAA complaint, the federal government has created a way to submit HIPAA complaints quickly and easily over the Internet. A special division of the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), called the OCR (Office for Civil Rights) is the right place to take your HIPAA complaint. Valid complaints will be investigated and acted upon by the OCR.
